Is there a Cost?

Their is no direct cost to you if you meet certain criteria including:

-You live in PA & have the ID waiver.

-You are currently Self Directing your services, or you would like to self direct your services

-You live by yourself, with friends or family.

If you have the ID waiver, Supports Brokering is offered the following ways:

P/FDS: Supports Brokering does not come out of your waiver dollars.
Community Living waiver, our cost does come out of your budget. However, you are NOT required to have enough money for the max amount of units.
Consolidated Waivers we do come out of your budget
