Stacey
Stacey is the founder and owner of Freedom Supports Brokerage. She began her career over 25 years ago working with underserved children in Southeast Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, Stacey has held numerous positions that allowed her to travel the county and the world. In the fall of 2017, Stacey became a certified Supports Broker and realized that this is more than a job but rather an extraordinary new opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
One of the positions that Stacey holds near and dear to her heart was being a Certified Employment Specialist (CESP). As a CESP. Stacey assisted individuals to find customized competitive employment matches. Each employment connection required a great deal of teamwork, research, and outside the box thinking. There were numerous successful stories of individuals finding more than a job but often a career. It quickly became clear that every time
Someone was hired. It was a success not just for the individual but for the whole team and community.
Now as a Certified Supports Broker, Stacey is excited to experience the opportunity to continue to assist individuals to be a part of their community in more ways than employment. Continuing tried and true methods of working as a team, and thinking outside the box with a mix of new technologies, Stacey continues to meet her clients where they are and assist them to create the life they want to live.
Stacey loves making a difference in the lives of others. She is inspired by the people she spends her down time with, including her fiancé, friends and family.
Kelly
Kelly has been working with children and families for over 20 years in many different settings. She received her BA in Child and Family Studies in 2012 & an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2007. Kelly has been a Certified Supports Broker since 2021. In college, she discovered her passion for supporting youth and adults with ID/DD. Some of Kelly’s professional experiences have been supporting school age individuals, ASD behavior intervention, job development & job coaching, and and summer camp counselor. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, nature hikes, volunteering and visiting family. Kelly is dedicated to supporting individual's success and loves being a part of the Freedom team.
Kurt
Kurt has been a member of the FSB Team since 2022. He is passionate about helping people and has over 20 years of experience working in social services. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Kurt enjoys tennis, kayaking, and spending time with his dogs in his free time.
Faith
My name is Faith Rudolph. I am a Supports Broker with Freedom Supports Brokerage. Prior to becoming a Supports Broker I was an elementary school teacher for thirty-seven years. I taught all grades kindergarten through sixth grades, except I never had the opportunity to teach second grade. During my tenure as an educator, I honed my communication skills and my ability to work in an ever changing and challenging field. My goal was to provide an environment where everyone was accepted and could learn at their own pace and in their own way. I attained both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in education.
I reside in Bucks County and have lived here my entire life! I have a wonderful family consisting of my supportive husband and two older children, guinea pig, cat and a dog! In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, cooking, traveling, reading, learning new things and music. I strive to develop relationships where we are viewed as equals and we set a path forward that provides a new feeling of independence and inclusion.
